Another example of Cased Ruby. I am wondering if anyone has a Ruby water bottle that is cased that is not a fade?

What a great line-up! You know I love these guys! Haven’t seen one come through the VC for a long time, though one of the Blenko sales ladies offered me one from her collection- a pink ice fade. Woo hoo! If I could spend a week on the factory floor “suggesting” special bottles, we would have a bunch of these to pass out among collectors. We would also have two tone bottles- blue and green, yellow and green, and, did I mention FRIT? The possibilities there are unlimited!!!

A Year of Blenko Water Bottles

I began collecting Blenko water bottles late in 2004. I felt it was time to share what I have learned and what I think I have learned with anyone who is interested. I hope that others with information to share will contribute to further the Blenko knowledge of everyone. (December 1, 2013) In preparation for the new year, I have been making some updates and corrections to the blog. I feel like I have a better understanding of the amber colors so there have been a number of changes there and probably more to come. At some point Water Bottle Diehards will probably want to go back and re-read the blog to see all of the changes.
